Please bring a bathing suit or something similar for your Cold Plunge Therapy Session. Towels are provided to sit on for Hot and Cold Therapy. The Cold Plunge/Sauna Room includes a private shower stocked with body wash, fresh towels and cozy bathrobes for your comfort.
